Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AuronX Automations (“the Platform”) at automations.auronx.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AuronX Automations is a managed automation platform that provides businesses with AI-powered WhatsApp chatbots, order management, quote generation, appointment scheduling, support ticket management, and related automation tools.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• One organization account per business entity. Sub-users can be invited by organization admins.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messaging via our WhatsApp integration.
• Violate Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy or WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm any individual.

5. WhatsApp Integration

Our Platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business API. By using this feature, you agree to comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You are solely responsible for the content you send through WhatsApp and for obtaining any necessary consents from message recipients.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses AI (powered by OpenAI) to generate message responses, process orders, and create quotes. AI-generated content is provided “as-is” and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it reaches your customers, especially for quotes and order confirmations.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data as described therein. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, etc.) in your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of AuronX. You retain ownership of your own data and content. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuronX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Data Deletion page.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
