AuronX Automations (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the automations.auronx.net platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our services, including our WhatsApp Business integration.

  • Account data: name, email address, company name, phone number.
  • WhatsApp conversation data: phone number, display name, message content, and timestamps sent through WhatsApp Business API.
  • Order & quote data: order details, product selections, and generated quotes.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interaction logs.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and maintain our automation services.
  • To process WhatsApp messages and generate AI-assisted responses on behalf of businesses.
  • To create and manage orders, quotes, and support tickets.
  • To send transactional notifications (order status updates, appointment reminders).
  • To improve our services and fix technical issues.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party services necessary for our operations:

  • Meta (WhatsApp Business API): to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
  • OpenAI: to generate AI-assisted responses (message content is sent for processing).
  • Resend: to deliver transactional emails.
  • Neon (PostgreSQL): to store application data securely.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account or the associated business account is active. WhatsApp conversation data is retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction, after which it is automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted database connections (TLS/SSL), encrypted credentials at rest, JWT-based authentication, and role-based access control.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (see our Data Deletion page).
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured format.

8. WhatsApp Data Usage

When a business uses our platform to communicate via WhatsApp, we act as a data processor on behalf of that business (the data controller). Message content is processed to provide AI-assisted responses, manage orders, generate quotes, and handle support tickets. We do not use WhatsApp data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to providing our services.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
